Refund policy

1.To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

2.To initiate a refund, the customer must fill the provided refund form. The refund amount will be deposited directly into the customer's bank account after bill cancellation and account adjustment, typically taking 2-3 working days.

3.A deduction of Rs. 200 will be applied to the total amount that is received by Logistics/Delivery Company which is non refundable)  

4.Customers are responsible for returning the product by themselves to office premises or sending it via courier at their own cost for refunds and exchanges. 

5.An additional charge of Rs. 100 will be applied if our company is requested to receive the product back from customers location which makes total of Rs.300 deduction in original received amount.

6.Refunds will only be considered if the product is returned within 3 working days from the date of delivery, accompanied by a valid bill.

7.Damaged products will not be eligible for a refund. Please inspect the product upon receipt.

8.Product exchanges will only be valid within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service to initiate an exchange.

9.Warranty claims for damaged hardware will be honored if they are within the warranty period with Warranty card and bill.
